Can I have my order shipped overnight?

 

 

We aren’t able to offer that just yet! I’m sorry, stay tuned.

 

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped via USPS + UPS. Due to supply + Covid-19, current processing time is up to 10 business days but we are shipping orders as quickly as we can to shorten this timeframe. Please be patient with us, we are a small staff of three. 

An email with your order’s tracking number will be sent to you to watch your goodies on their travels.

What happens if my order is lost or stolen? 

plant babe is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages/items. All orders are sent via USPS or UPS with a tracking number, unless otherwise noted. After the package is picked up by one of the above shipping carriers, tracking is now the responsibility of the purchaser. Any and all shipping claims or issues are the responsibility of the buyer and the shipping service used.

I need to change the shipping address. Help!

If you’d like to change the shipping address of your order please email us within an hour of placing your order or ASAP at hola@shopplantbabe.com. We cannot promise that we can make any changes but we will try our very best. Be sure to include your order number!

 

 

How do I track my order?

 

 

Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number to follow your goods in transit! Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
