Can I have my order shipped overnight?

 

 

We aren’t able to offer that just yet! I’m sorry, stay tuned.

 

 

I need to change the shipping address. Help!

 

 

If you’d like to change the shipping address of your order please email us within an hour of placing your order or ASAP at hola@shopplantbabe.com. We cannot promise that we can make any changes but we will try our very best. Be sure to include your order number!

 

 

How do I track my order?

 

 

Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number to follow your goods in transit! Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update. 

 

 

How do you ship plants?

 

 

Very carefully! (you know you liked that Dad joke, don’t kid yourself) We ship using either USPS or UPS.

 

 

We cannot have plants delivered to PO Boxes.

 

 

Where do you ship?

 

 

We currently ship to the lower 48 states. Sorry to our Alaskan, Hawaiian + international friends!
