returns + exchanges:
All* purchases may be returned for store credit ONLY (available for use both in shop + online) within 3 days of order delivery.
To start the process for store credit, you must email email@example.com within 72 hours of delivery (via the package tracking number.) We will email you with return instructions + address.
We recommend shipping insurance + tracking for store credit shipments. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
To be eligible for credit, the item(s) must be returned unused, in its original packaging + in the same condition it left our shop in. The original invoice must also be included with the returned item(s). Upon receipt + approval of the return--store credit will be issued via email, less the original shipping cost with a credit code that may be used online or in-store.
