What if my order arrives damaged?
We do our very best to ensure sturdy + safe packaging of all of our plants + products. However, we live in an imperfect world. Womp womp wompppp. SOOO. in the sad, sad case an item arrives broken or damaged, please send a CLEAR photos of the damaged good(s) + your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of tracking receipt delivery. Instructions for return or exchange of the damaged item(s) will be provided in a reply email.
Can I make a return or exchange?
All sales are final. In the event an item is broken or damaged, shop credit or an even exchange will be held on a case-by-case basis. Please know that we do WANT you to be happy! If there are any issues, please email email@example.com + be sure to include your order number!
How can I change my order?
If you’d like to make a change to your order please email us within an hour of placing your order or ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org. We cannot promise that we can make any changes but we will try our very best. Be sure to include your order number!
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number to follow your goods in transit! Please allow between 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated.
