What if my order arrives damaged?

We do our very best to ensure sturdy + safe packaging of all of our plants + products. However, we live in an imperfect world. Womp womp wompppp.  SOOO. in the sad, sad case an item arrives broken or damaged, please send a CLEAR photos of the damaged good(s) + your order number to within 24 hours of tracking receipt delivery. Instructions for return or exchange of the damaged item(s) will be provided in a reply email.



Can I make a return or exchange?



All sales are final. In the event an item is broken or damaged, shop credit or an even exchange will be held on a case-by-case basis. Please know that we do WANT you to be happy! If there are any issues, please email + be sure to include your order number!



How can I change my order?



If you’d like to make a change to your order please email us within an hour of placing your order or ASAP at We cannot promise that we can make any changes but we will try our very best. Be sure to include your order number!



How do I track my order?



Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number to follow your goods in transit! Please allow between 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated.
